This evening I went out and finally bought an LCD HD ready TV. My impulse purchase was fuelled by the fact my old CRT TV had given up the ghost on Thursday night.After some brief deliberation I plumbed for a Sony KDL32S3000!
Admittedly, I've only got the TV's in-built freeview, my standard definition DVDs and an old Xbox games console to view on my shiny new display but it's a massive audio/visual step up nevertheless. Plus, I wonder how long it will be before I convert completely and get a Blu-Ray HD DVD player, a SD DVD upscaler and a subscription to Sky HD...
