Having recently watched all three of Chan-wook Park's 'Vengeance trilogy' I completely agree that OLDBOY is the best film. In fact, I think it towers above both SYMPATHY FOR MR. VENGEANCE and SYMPATHY FOR LADY VENGEANCE and think it is thanks largely to OLDBOY's flashy direction and original plot development that the level of hype around PARK as a director exists.

However, there is no denying he is a film-maker of vision and ingenuity. I'll be searching out his two other film JSA and I'M AN ANDROID BUT THAT'S OK in the near future. Plus I'm keen to see his next project at the cinema if possible.
